We hereby undertake to pay you an amount not exceeding the bid bond upon your first written demand stating that:
The Bidder has withdrawn its bid during the bidding period as specified in the bidding documents; or
The Bidder has been awarded the contract but has failed to sign the contract agreement within the specified period; or
The Bidder's bid has been accepted by the Employer but the Bidder has failed to provide the performance security as stipulated in the bidding documents.

This bid security shall be effective from the date of bid opening until the date of [日期] or until the Bidder has provided the performance security, whichever is later.

This bid security is subject to the following conditions:
The Bidder shall not amend its bid without the prior written consent of the Employer during the bidding period and the period for which the bid remains in effect.
The Bidder shall, if its bid is accepted by the Employer, sign the contract agreement and provide the performance security in accordance with the bidding documents.
The Bidder shall bear all costs and expenses incurred in relation to this bid security.
